Everyday I try to do two things, ride my peloton and do the daf. I have only rode once in the past 3 weeks (due to the war) and am 25 days back on the daf (due to laziness during succos). Why cant we combine my two favorite habits. Grab a water, grab a Gemara, and get your life together. Rabbis sweating it out for 45 minutes, working your guf and inspiring your neshama.
